DPC Total Customer Service Solutions

With many years accumulating experiences on telecom power system installing, testing and commissioning, ZTE engineering teams can provide customers with comprehensive engineering services including site survey, engineering supervision, on-site program management, infrastructure construction, equipment test and project acceptance £¨Conditional Acceptance and Final Acceptance£©etc.

DPC Engineering Service includes:
Site engineering survey before sales and after sales
Advices and solutions to the customers on their site environment preparation
Equipment installation, test and commission
System optimization

DPC will assign experienced engineers to guide the installation preparation work, under the request of customers to ensure customers¡¯ site environment can be met conditions of installation. After that, DPC engineers will carry out equipment installation and commission. DPC will also offer on site training to customers¡¯ engineers so as to make them to be familiar with the installation, operation as well as maintenance of the equipment, and can carry out the maintenance job independently after the project handing oover.

Project Management Service

DPC has increasingly improved Program Management(PM) on the implementation of project through providing training for PMs and increasing their experiences. The advanced project management method has been applied in the process of project implementation and DPC has formed a whole package of specialized and standardized engineering project management modes which is most suitable for telecom operators as well as vendors.

Maintenance Technical Support Service

A project will enter into the O&M phase after CA or PA (Preliminary Acceptance) test is completed by the customer, DPC project manager and engineers. During this period, DPC can provide a technical support thoroughly.

DPC International Business Department (IBD) and the local partner are always ready to offer technical support. It includes hotline support, on-site troubleshooting, on-site training etc, which can assure the customers¡¯ network operation in a healthy condition.

These customized services consist of on-site inspection and quality audit. On-site inspection and quality audit: After power system is put into service, engineers of DPC will inspect regularly operators system¡¯s operation performance on site, listen to the customers¡¯ feedback, diagnose equipment¡¯s hidden problems timely, and reduce the break-down probability so as to ensure customers¡¯ network operation is in a stability and efficiency status.
