DPC has a perfect top-down reliability assurance system for her products. There is a professional department which be engaged in the planning and development of products’ reliability in DPC’s headquarters, the fulltime reliability in high level by complying with the international level reliability standards, DPC has launched reliability management and reliability design by training employee.

2. Active Factor For Design

Reliability is one of the important aspects of products’ quality. We need to improve our products’ reliability and availability to meet the customer’s requirement and the international competition.

2.1 Design our products with reliability designing method such as Redundant Design, Tolerance Design; Reliability Allocation and Prediction; Thermal Design; EMC Design and Safety Design etc.

2.2 We also improve our design with advanced design tools including simulation/analysis software.

2.3 DPC has experts at reliabiltiy and we are seeking for more specialists because human resource is one of the key factor for products’ quality.

2.4 DPC take special care of the reliability review for all phase of products, especially for the key point of products. All of the item in review list are measurable in order to minimize the subjective judgement. All of the DPC’s products must pass reliability review before being launched into mass production phase.
